How to submit a claim

Get in touch with your insurance company or broker first. They will help confirm whether your claim falls under Sasria cover.

Stay in the loop

Want to check on your claim? Give us a call on 011 214 0800 or send an email to claimsmanagementsystem@sasria.co.za Just remember to include your claim number in the subject line.

If your claim is approved, we will either settle it directly or arrange for your asset to be repaired or replaced, whichever brings you peace of mind fastest.
